Where we started...
Welcome to The Promise Ring Co.
I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce myself and share the story behind our brand. I'm Charlotte, the founder (doesn't that sound official?). In today's saturated market, you may wonder what made me believe it was "worth it" to start this brand among so many jewellery brands out there.
For me, jewellery holds immense sentimental value. Whether it's the ring I got from my Nan as a reminder of her constant presence, the Promise ring from my partner Raj symbolising his love, or the ring my mum had made for my 21st Birthday to show how proud she is of me, each piece carries deep meaning.
Beyond their traditional significance, I believe Promise Rings have the power to signify precious moments in our lives. My dream is to redefine the meaning of a Promise Ring and the narrative around it... I dream that one day we will be a household name.

Launching the brand after months of hard work and countless challenges was an incredible moment. It was the realisation of my own promise – to create a brand that truly matters.

Hand Set Diamond Simulants
Our pieces feature conflict-free simulated diamonds, hand-set stones for a flawless finish
Our Promise stones boast a 2.18 refractive index, MOHS rating of 8.5 - perfect for everyday wear with care
To compare: Diamonds have a 2.41 refractive index and MOHS rating of 10, Swarovski Crystals sit at around 1.6 refractive index, MOHS 6-7
We aim to provide diamond-like sparkle at a fraction of the cost, using our exclusive clear or emerald cut patterns for enhanced clarity
Precious Plating
Promise stones come in sterling silver with rhodium plating OR 2.5 microns of 18ct gold-plating, known as Gold Vermeil
All pieces are stamped with 925 for metal authenticity and our "The Promise Co" engraving for quality assurance
