Welcome to The Promise Ring Co.
I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce myself and share the story behind our brand. I'm Charlotte, the founder (doesn't that sound official?). In today's saturated market, you may wonder what made me believe it was "worth it" to start this brand among so many jewellery brands out there.
For me, jewellery holds immense sentimental value. Whether it's the ring I got from my Nan as a reminder of her constant presence, the Promise ring from my partner Raj symbolising his love, or the ring my mum had made for my 21st Birthday to show how proud she is of me, each piece carries deep meaning.
Beyond their traditional significance, I believe Promise Rings have the power to signify the precious moments and commitments we cherish in our lives. My dream is to redefine the meaning of a Promise Ring and the narrative around it... I dream that one day we will be a household name.
Not just about a gift exchanged between couples; but about the power of promises themselves. I envisioned a beautiful collection of jewellery that could capture the essence of the promises we make to ourselves, to our family and our best friends.

Launching the brand after months of hard work and countless challenges was an incredible moment. It was the realisation of my own promise – to create a brand that truly matters.

We didn't just want to create a standard jewellery brand; we wanted to craft something extraordinary.
Our commitment to excellence begins with using 18ct gold vermeil for our pieces, which is 25 times thicker than typical gold plating. We enhance our silver with a luxurious rhodium plating, one of the rarest and most valuable metals, and add an anti-tarnish e-coating for extra protection and water resistance.
Each of our diamond simulants is meticulously hand-set, reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship.
We use ECO Packaging which is FSC® certified... and if all this wasn't enough, we offer a 2 Year Warranty for peace of mind.
