Our 2-year guarantee* covers the following:
Repair: If your jewellery shows a clear manufacturing fault, we will repair it free of charge within the first 2 years from the date of purchase
Replacement: If, in rare cases, we are unable to repair your jewellery, we will provide you with an entirely new, identical ring for a small fee. If we do not stock your style, we will work with you to find a close alternative

- Royal Mail 48 hours: Delivery in 2 working days.
- Royal Mail 24 hours: Delivery in 1 working day (order before 11 am to receive your parcel the next working day).

- Europe: 2-11 Business days.
- Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia): 3-17 Business days.
